Equitable Trade Group Ltd. is a Canadian-U.S. international trade intermediary focused on physical commodity brokerage, supplier verification, buyer qualification, and trade coordination.
The company exists to solve one of the oldest problems in trade: trust between parties who do not yet know each other.
International commodity transactions often fail because the seller is not verified, the buyer is not qualified, the documents are incomplete, the payment terms are unrealistic, or the logistics have not been properly coordinated.

What We Do
We support physical commodity transactions through supplier verification, buyer qualification, commercial introductions under written mandate, document review, transaction communication, Incoterm and shipment coordination, and commission-based brokerage for completed physical-goods transactions.
What We Do Not Do
We do not provide securities advice, futures/options/swaps/derivatives brokerage, crypto asset services, tokenized commodity products, investment products, customs brokerage, freight forwarding as principal, money transmission, payment custody, client-funds handling, or legal, tax, accounting, or banking advice.

We help serious suppliers and buyers move from vague opportunity to verified commercial discussion. Our role may include identifying credible counterparties, reviewing supplier and buyer information, supporting commercial introductions, coordinating transaction communication, helping align specifications, documents, payment terms, and logistics, and working under written mandate and commission agreement.
