Physical Commodity Brokerage and International Trade Coordination
Equitable Trade Group Ltd. supports international physical commodity transactions by helping serious suppliers and qualified buyers reduce uncertainty before a deal reaches execution.
Our services are built around one principle: trust must be documented before a transaction moves forward.

Verification, documentation, counterparty discipline
Supplier Mandate Representation
We work with verified suppliers under written mandate to identify and qualify potential buyers in selected markets. This may include reviewing supplier capacity and documentation, clarifying product specifications, defining minimum order quantity, confirming available Incoterms, understanding payment requirements, preparing buyer-facing commercial information, introducing qualified buyers, and supporting deal coordination through closing.
Buyer-Side Sourcing
We work with qualified buyers seeking credible supply for physical commodity or goods categories. This may include clarifying product requirements, identifying supplier geographies, reviewing supplier documentation, screening commercial credibility, supporting RFQ and offer exchange, coordinating inspection, logistics, and payment discussions, and helping reduce wasted time with unverified sellers.
Supplier Verification
A supplier is not verified because it sends a brochure. We look for commercial evidence, including legal company identity, operating address and contact verification, product specifications, production or supply capacity, certifications or licences where applicable, prior shipment evidence where available, trade references where available, inspection willingness, payment clarity, and Incoterm clarity.
Buyer Qualification
A buyer is not qualified because it sends an LOI. We assess company identity, purchasing authority, specific product demand, required volume, destination and import capability, required documents, payment ability, timeline, decision-making process, and whether the buyer is an end-user, distributor, importer, trader, or intermediary.
Trade Coordination
Once buyer and seller interest is real, the transaction must become executable. We help coordinate communication around product specifications, pricing basis, Incoterms, shipment timeline, inspection requirements, commercial invoice and pro forma invoice, certificate of origin, packing list, bill of lading or transport document, payment instrument, and commission documentation.
Compliance-First Deal Flow
International trade requires more than a handshake. Before supporting a transaction, we look for red flags involving sanctions exposure, restricted countries, ports, vessels, banks, or parties, controlled goods, dual-use concerns, forced-labour risk, fraud indicators, payment diversion risk, document inconsistencies, unclear ownership, and unclear authority.
We do not proceed with transactions that cannot be responsibly documented.
