Written Authority: We do not represent a buyer or supplier without written authority.
Physical Goods Only: Our services relate to physical goods and commercial trade coordination.
No Client Funds: We do not hold buyer funds, seller funds, deposits, escrow balances, or transaction proceeds.
No Investment Products: We do not offer securities, futures, swaps, derivatives, crypto assets, tokenized products, investment funds, investment advice, or financial promotions.
No Customs Brokerage: We do not act as a licensed customs broker. Where customs brokerage is required, we coordinate with qualified licensed providers.
Counterparty Review: We review buyer and supplier identity, authority, transaction role, documentation, and commercial credibility before progressing.
Sanctions Awareness: Transactions are reviewed for sanctions exposure involving parties, ownership, banks, vessels, ports, origin, destination, and end-use concerns.
Document Integrity: We do not create, alter, manipulate, or misrepresent commercial documents.
Professional Coordination: Where appropriate, we coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection companies, banks, insurers, lawyers, accountants, and other qualified professionals.

Equitable Trade Group Ltd. does not knowingly support transactions involving sanctioned parties or jurisdictions, false documents, unverified authority, payment diversion schemes, controlled goods without proper review, bribery or improper payments, misrepresented product origin, undisclosed beneficial ownership, requests to hold or transmit client funds, or investment/tokenized commodity offerings.
